The gift voucher must be quoted at the time of reservation and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. This voucher is non-refundable. The spa is an 18 and over facility.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver items the next working day, with many arriving within 1–3 working days, including Saturdays. While it offers rapid, fully tracked service (often arriving in 24 hours), it is not a guaranteed next-day service. It covers 7 days a week, with Sunday deliveries in select locations.
